KIZILKAYA HOLDING transforms the much-anticipated attraction into a massive opportunity. The neighborhood of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is of considerable importance to Seljuk University (e.g., food and drink, lodging, social places, parks, entertainment, etc.), is now even more vibrant thanks to this project. KONYA FORUM SHOPPING MALL intends to be the region's largest and most prominent shopping mall project on Osmanlı Caddesi, in the neighborhood of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has a population of roughly 100,000 people, the majority of whom are students.
KONYA FORUM SHOPPING MALL is close to all transport axes and has a construction area of approximately 20,000 m2. The project ensures the harmony of indoor- semi-open, and open spaces, and is expected to be supplied with spaces sufficient for the population.
The project includes a parking lot for 300 vehicles, of which 200 are closed, a market, a car wash, a cafe, a restaurant, and street retailers ranging in size from 20 to 1300 m2. This project, which never skimps on quality, is in high demand right now and is expected to bring in an extra 50% in the future.
Cafes and restaurants that stand out with their street-side storefronts and terraces that open out to comfort and peace provide value not only to the Project but also to their surroundings. Since the open awning areas and terraces of almost all cafés and restaurants in Konya have been taken away because of administrative decisions and new rules, the idea of semi-open and especially open areas as the main part of this project is already getting many people excited.
